Lumora Dental follows data-minimisation principles. The appointment form collects only contact and scheduling information needed to process a request.
Appointment data
Successful requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 together with the treatment, practitioner, requested time, and the fee estimate shown at submission. The form does not request detailed health information.
Security
Inputs are validated on the server. Rate limiting, automated-abuse controls, same-origin checks, role-based access, expiring sessions, mandatory multi-factor authentication, and audit logs protect administrative access.
Tracking
The public site does not use advertising pixels or behavioural marketing trackers. Essential technical logs may be processed for security, diagnostics, and availability.
